First day back in the gym! Open gyms starting Mondays 3/17 and Wednesdays 3/19 4pm-6:30. Saturday’s -9:30am-12:30 team lift and skills training! Open to all incoming freshmen (current 8th graders) Make sure to join our app, HEJA, for updates and schedules! DM for code!

unfortunately after pain in my shoulder since winter ball, i have a torn labrum. so unexpected and heartbreaking but will be getting surgery soon to start my road back to my softball journey. thank you everyone for the support, can’t wait to be back💗 @KHSCatSoftball
