@AppleSupport I will NOT get my MacBook serviced for a 4th time when it came back 3 times with new issues. I was sold a faulty product with a manufacturing defect and it's WASTED SO MUCH time. You should have replaced it after failing to fix it the 1st time. I want a replacement or refund.

@Apple @AppleSupport I bought a new MacBook April 2020 and I just received it after the 3rd repair and it’s still not completely fixed + there is ANOTHER new issue now with the trackpad. This is incredibly disappointing - please let me know how I can get a refund at this stage
