I made it clear that even if Hamas is abusing these Laws, thus rendering the protection invalid, Israel still has a duty to minimisee harm to civilians.

@Lowkey0nline To clarify - I simply stated what the law states. One may not like the law, if so change it, but one cannot ignore it. I reiterate - hospitals should not be attacked as they are protected. Even if they lose their protection, the attacker still has responsibilities.

@ui_imair @ChathamHouse @CHGlobalHealth Hospitals must be protected so bombing them is wrong - in some circumstances they can lose their protection but so far we have not seen proof from the Israelis to justify the loss of protection. Russia has never claimed that Ukraine Hospitals have been used for military purposes
