Today was my 2nd day of radiation. I'm still trying my hardest not to fidget. You have to be stock still for 15 mins. The radiation laser makes my breast very hot. So I have to use a special lotion to calm that down; it also helps with the side effects on the skin. #BreastCancer

Thank god for HOA rules. People wanting to grow veggies in their front yards, leaving trees untrimmed, not getting weed control treatments. Parking dumb shit like trailers, boats and RVs in driveways. Doing work on cars in driveway. I’ll never live in a neighborhood without the rules.

@cara__noel I know the international perspective thing is kind of a strange thing for my “pro” list but American healthcare has some issues so I like that she has seen another system. She’s warm and friendly and good listener.

@cara__noel Dr. Anwar at Ochsner on the West Bank. I love that it’s a relatively small office so I don’t have to get anxious about parking/getting lost. Plus I love that she went to med school in Switzerland, I like that she brings an international perspective.

@Shouse34 @sweatystartup @PSRproducer @PSRhostGuy Someone once asked me to ask a neighbor to move a cooler cause it didn’t look nice for an apartment showing and I was like “I’m not the decorating cops I am the safety patrol.” And all day long people yell and complain, someone had me do a welfare check on someone she hated.

@Shouse34 @sweatystartup @PSRproducer @PSRhostGuy We had $70k in elevator upgrades that had been neglected for 20 years so the elevator got stuck at least 3 times a week. The pool was leaking. The rust was causing corrosion. I had to work this like a full time job and interview vendors to make sure I trusted them.

I am condo board president and my first job was getting people to cough up some money to repair the roof that was leaking into 3 different units.
