We want to address the recent ICO update clearly and directly. We messed up by announcing an extension. After taking a step back, reviewing everything, and listening to the feedback, we’re correcting it. There will be no extension. The Trove ICO is now concluded at $11.5M+ raised. We’re sticking to the original timeline and moving forward exactly as planned. Our intent was to protect distribution quality, but changing timelines mid-stream created uncertainty and confusion. That’s on us, and we’re fixing it by keeping things simple and honoring the original plan. Preferential allocation status will be reflected on the frontend, and our focus now is on executing the launch and delivering the product. We’re sticking to the original timeline and moving forward with delivery. The conditions say: "This market will resolve to "Yes" if Lighter launches a governance token by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No"" So the token specifically has to be a governance token. Vladimir mentioned on a podcast "that the token won't be a governance token because it slows down project development too much. Better to add that function later" Even if the token launches and they somehow count it as Yes, I'm pretty confident it'll get disputed and there'll be some kind of investigation Also can't ignore the fact that we basically only have Monday and Tuesday left for TGE. Today they dropped the final points, said Season 2 is wrapped, hinted at Season 3, and ended the message with "see you at TGE" Placing No on this market is the most logically sound idea.
