@Lets_Colive , Colive Birmingham, this is unacceptable. Wrong onboarding despite clearly stating couple occupancy — forced into single, now denying basic access like keys & food for two. Is this how you treat paying tenants? What are you Co Scam Company?

@Lets_Colive Adding to the previous issues: Dirty washrooms, insanity, foul smell, blocked toilet and no assistance, unbothered and unresponsive staff. But very responsive when asking for payment in ADVANCE. Is this how you treat paying tenants? What are you Co Scam Company?

@Lets_Colive Bad experience with @ColiveIN. joined in Blr on 8 Nov 2025, moved internally to HYD on 22 Jan 2026, and stayed till Feb end 2026. Total stay was 3+ months. Now CoLive is wrongly charging me for the notice reset period and the charge. Booking ID: 15967821257105

Very disappointing experience with @Lets_Colive Bangalore. I was contacted by their sales team, shown room videos, and assured of same room availability. Based on this, I completed payment and KYC online. However, on the day of check-in, the property manager had no record of my booking. I was informed the promised room was unavailable and was instead shown two rooms under maintenance — completely uninhabitable. I had no option but to not check in. It has now been over a month, and despite multiple follow-ups with customer support, I’m not getting refund. My service request (SR543408) was closed by Colive without any resolution. This is unacceptable and misleading. @Lets_Colive This entire experience at @Lets_Colive has been extremely stressful. Despite multiple emails and raising a ticket, my issues remain unresolved and ignored. This is the level of support I’m receiving from Colive. This has been the worst service experience I’ve had.

Additional issues at @Lets_Colive property: • Very poor food quality • Irregular room cleaning • Extremely slow internet (~0.39 Mbps) Unacceptable service for paid accommodation. Escalating this to @NCH1915 @DoCA_GoI @jagograhakjago if not resolved urgently. #ConsumerRights

@Lets_Colive Incorrect billing & poor service. I joined on Feb 8 but your system generated charges from January and shows false dues + late fee. Ticket SR547149 raised on Mar 10 but no response. Please resolve immediately or I will escalate to @nch1915 and consumer authorities.

@Lets_Colive I’ve emailed Colive support on three different email IDs and raised ticket through app. Despite all this, none of my issues have been resolved or received any assurance. Honestly, this is very disappointing. I didn’t expect tenants to be treated like this.
