331.3 miles for the month of May on @onepeloton, which is a new PR! The total for the year so far is 1,429.5 miles. I’m almost halfway towards my goal of 3,000 for the year!

@briggs337 @onepeloton I hope everything is going well. On my non-cycling days, I would do upper-body (on-demand), stretching, yoga and sometimes walking. Because I’m doing upper-body, it’s a different muscle group so I feel fine. I would also focus on sleep so you’re recovered.

Milestones achieved in March with @onepeloton 😊 1) March Cycling Challenge - 314 miles (PB) 2) 10,000 minutes milestone 3) March Running Challenge - 44 miles (PB) A new month means there are more opportunities to achieve my fitness goals 💪

@onepeloton I’ve done two Lanebreaks and I think they are really engaging. I feel like I’m playing a game as opposed to getting a workout done. It’s quite different to a normal spin class but I’d recommend giving it a go if you can!
