systemd lost the plot a long time ago. they stopped following the Unix philosophy and now they're busy adding nonsense like age verification. Just like Firefox, systemd doesn't understand its core user base. There are plenty of distros without systemd

A recent GitHub issue (github.com/qualcomm/fastr…) was just closed: "Closing the issue as there are no plans to open source DSP headers as of now." ​This means the NPU and DSP functions remain locked in proprietary firmware with no path for native Linux integration.

Not gonna lie, a lot of Wikipedia articles still suck—just poor quality—and always were. People with the knowledge to make improvements are not generally motivated to participate. They are not welcomed or respected; often, they are driven away.

Was würde die Menschheit eigentlich ohne Skandale machen? Wahrscheinlich erstmal orientierungslos im Kreis laufen, weil keine Sau mehr durchs Dorf getrieben wird. Kaum ist ein Thema da, weiß plötzlich jeder ganz genau Bescheid und natürlich hat jeder die einzig richtige Meinung gepachtet. Abweichen? Abwarten? Vielleicht erstmal nachdenken? Nee, geht nicht. Direkt raus aus dem Dorf. Hauptsache laut, Hauptsache schnell, Hauptsache mitlaufen. Die Herde kennt den Weg – auch wenn keiner weiß wohin. Und während wir uns gegenseitig zerlegen wegen Meinungen, haben wir es gleichzeitig geschafft, Raketen ins All zu schießen und Computer in die Hosentasche zu packen.
