Incheon's fixtures in English for 2026. Tough start with two local derbies and two long away days in the first five games. #KLeague

@LiveFromIncheon Did KFA not learn from the 2014 World Cup that Hong Myung Bo literally should not be coaching any team?

Yes, Korea were unlucky not to score - but they were lucky to only concede four. Woeful defending. #KLeague #KNT

@HamEasy94245 They have to beat Austria, and play much better. If they don't, then they have to change manager. HMB isn't a popular choice anyway! Who will Korea get points against? Mexico? No. South Africa? Maybe a draw? Czech Rep/Denmark? Unlikely. Could be a very quick World Cup.

@LiveFromIncheon If Korea get expose again against Austria... that will be 3 times against a very good team, Brazil, Ivory Coast and Austria... it just tells u that this team under Hong is going to be a disaster in the WC unfortunately...

@chkntndrz94 What the KFA is doing is burying their head in the sand. The referees are getting worse, the decisions are getting stranger and less consistent and everyone in the stadiums are becoming confused and angry.

@chkntndrz94 If they said they would have briefings on Mondays, they need to have briefings on Mondays. If there are 5 mistakes in a weekend, or every weekend, they need to be addressed. People lose faith in sports and competitions when whispers about fairness and transparency start.

They're in a catch 22 situation: to have briefings, they would have to acknowledge that referees consistently make mistakes, and that even with VAR, they aren't up to standard. They aren't willing to criticise refereeing failures either, as it reflects badly on the KFA. #KLeague

Before the season kicked off, the KFA announced it would hold a "Monday Briefing" every week to address refereeing decisions from weekend K League matches. However, not a single session has been held since the opener. Fans' distrust toward the referees is only deepening.

@NeatPaul How many VAR errors have there been so far this year? I thought the point of VAR was to eliminate errors. Not make them more obvious?

Mugosa finished by discussing his Montenegro call-up: "I am so busy that I don’t think I will have a moment to catch my breath. National team training has already started. I am taking a plane tomorrow. As soon as I arrive, I will train, and there is a match on Saturday."
