I strongly condemn the remarks made by BJP MP Tejasvi Surya in Parliament comparing the formation of Telangana to the partition of India and Pakistan. Telangana was created through a peaceful democratic and constitutional process under Article 3 of the Constitution, reflecting the long standing aspirations and sacrifices of our people. Such comparisons hurt the sentiments of four crore Telanganas and undermine the dignity of our state.
