Justice delayed keeps survivors waiting and allows harm to continue. Strengthening response, accountability and timely action is how we protect women and girls and restore trust in support systems. #EndGBV

Stakeholders including Musasa and Ministry of Women Affairs Small and Medium Enterprise Development supported by GOAL, came together for a review meeting to strengthen coordination and improve GBV response in Hopley and Mbare. Survivors are accessing psychosocial support, referral pathways are improving, and women are building livelihoods through skills training and savings groups, with some emerging as community leaders supporting others. With plans to expand services in 2026, the focus remains on strengthening support systems and improving access to survivor-centred care. #TransformingLives #EndGBV @GoalZimbabwe @MoWACSMED

Violence does not end in one home. It shapes what children grow up to accept, repeat or endure in their own lives. Ending violence against women and girls is how we protect not just today, but the future. #EndGBV #FactCheckTuesday

Not all abuse leaves bruises, but it still takes away freedom, dignity and control. Recognising these hidden forms of violence is how we begin to challenge and stop them. #EndGBV #MythBreakerMonday

Inclusion is not complete until every woman and girl is seen, heard and able to participate fully in every space. #Inclusion #SheMatters

Musasa Project hosted Irish Aid, together with partners Oxfam Ireland and Oxfam in Southern Africa, in Ward 17 Gutu district to assess the impact of Gender Based Violence service provision. The visit highlighted critical services provided through the Musasa shelter and mobile one-stop centres, which are offering survivors access to access holistic GBV services. These integrated services are helping to restore dignity and safety for women and girls affected by GBV. Key insights were also shared on the role of traditional leaders and community-based clubs in both preventing and responding to GBV. Their leadership and grassroots engagement are strengthening community accountability, raising awareness, and promoting positive social norms that protect vulnerable groups. This work is part of the BRIC-Zim project under Ireland’s Civil Society Partnership for A Better World (ICSP) programme, supported by Irish Aid. Through these efforts, Musasa continues to drive community-led approaches that ensure sustainable, survivor-centered GBV responses. #EndGBV #CommunityAction @Irish_Aid @OxfamIreland @OxfaminZim @Oxfam

Violence against one woman or girl never stays with her alone. It spreads through families and communities, shaping the safety and future of everyone. Ending GBV is how we protect communities at their core. #EndGBV

A wedding or lobola squad should never replace a classroom. Keep girls in school where they belong. #EndChildMarriages

When she speaks, believe her the first time. Survivor blaming protects perpetrators and silences the survivors. Safe communities support, not question. #RiseForHer #EndGBV

Respect is not a value we talk about. It is a standard we live by. It's time we protect the dignity, safety and voices of women and girls in every space. #WisdomWednesday

Loyalty tests are becoming common in modern relationships, especially online. If trust is really the foundation of love, should it need to be tested at all? Let’s talk about it. #MidweekConversations

Violence against women and girls does not begin with fists. It begins with attitudes people excuse, jokes people laugh at and behaviour no one challenges. Change starts the moment we refuse to tolerate it. #TrueTalkTuesday #EndGBV

Our graphics designer is on leave today, so creativity had to improvise a little. Still, we could not let World Creativity and Innovation Day pass without celebrating the thinkers, creators and problem solvers who keep ideas alive every day. Happy World Creativity and Innovation Day to all the brilliant minds out there🎨💡

Some beliefs do not just reflect society, they shape the harm people are willing to tolerate. Ending violence against women and girls begins with rejecting the attitudes that excuse it. #FactCheckTuesday #EndGBV

Equality cannot stand where violence against women and girls continues. If we are serious about justice and progress, protecting the safety and dignity of women and girls must become everyone’s responsibility. #MicDropMonday #EndGBV

Many forms of abuse leave no visible scars yet the harm is real and lasting. Learn to recognise the signs and refuse to normalise harmful behaviour. #MythBreakerMonday #EndGBV

This week, be the person who refuses to laugh at harmful jokes, refuses to excuse abuse and refuses to stay silent when women and girls are disrespected. The culture we want starts with the courage we show every day. #MondayMotivation

Equality will remain a promise, not a reality, until women and girls can live safely in every space. Let’s turn equality from words into action by standing up against Gender-Based Violence and choosing safety, dignity and protection for every woman and girl. #EndGBV
