Some Rogue microfinances don't even care about court orders. Platinum Credit Limited was ordered by the court not to sell the suit motor vehicle pending determination but they proceeded and sold.Court orders are not pedestrian utterences as put by our partner @Kiptoowakili1 . We cannot allow court orders to be reduced to mere suggestions.

1. Let me ask ndugu, is it calculative to file both a Contempt Application & a Recusal together. Because then the Recusal takes precedence since it ousts the standing of the Judge. ✅️ 2. I thought the best would have been let the Contempt Application be heard then later bring the Recusal. ✅️ 3. Many JOs have not accepted that Recusal is not about beyond facts of the case but on 'just seen to be done' from a reasonable persons view. ✅️

@MainaMichaelM08 @Thuranira_1 @wakiune @Kiptoowakili1 The point is the JO totally ignored the contempt application, it was never the JO's intention to ever deal with it, 6 weeks and after mulitple mentions it became clear that it will be ignored indefinitely prompting the recusal application!
