For years, people have been told to stop asking questions, stop looking at the evidence, and stop noticing when stories change. Anyone who does is labeled part of a "mob." But questioning a homicide investigation isn't harassment. Scrutinizing public testimony isn't intimidation. Demanding accountability from law enforcement and government officials isn't a conspiracy theory. What's remarkable about this letter is what it doesn't address: the destroyed phones, deleted data, conflicting testimony, federal investigation, Proctor's texts, and the countless issues that caused millions of people to lose confidence in the investigation. Karen Read and Aidan Kearney didn't create those problems. The people involved in this case and the decisions they made are what brought this level of scrutiny. No one deserves threats or harassment. But public criticism and public accountability are not the same thing. If Jennifer McCabe's life has been turned upside down, maybe the question isn't why people are asking questions. Maybe it's why there are still so many unanswered ones.

In a moment of clarity I am gonna say this and it pains me to. But even as vile as TB is he does not compare with the released texts of sean goode and Michael proctor i have read today. Regardless of what side of the aisle you are on, there is never a place in our society for this speech but even more so for those who have taken an oath and sworn to protect and serve.

According to today's O'Keefe v. Read / Canton Bars hearing, Karen Read's attorneys are preparing motions to compel against several witnesses, but the situation involving Colin Albert stood out. Read's attorney, Aaron Rosenberg, told the court that Brian Albert, Nicole Albert, Jen McCabe, Matt McCabe, Allie McCabe, and Brian Higgins were noticed and subpoenaed for depositions approximately a month ago. He said last night their attorney later advised that none of them were available before mid-July. But Colin Albert appears to be a separate issue. 🤔 Rosenberg told the court that Colin has refused to appear for a deposition and has refused to produce requested documents. According to Rosenberg, Colin is now only available for a seven-day window. The reason being, as the public just learned, is because he has enlisted in the military. This means he leaves in seven days for bootcamp and will not be returning until after the discovery deadline. To be clear, there is absolutely nothing wrong with enlisting in the military. I wish him the best in Gaza or Iran. What is interesting is the timing. Colin chose to enlist while simultaneously pursuing his own lawsuit against Karen Read and Aidan Kearney, while also being a witness who was expected to participate in discovery in the O'Keefe litigation. Judge Gildea appeared concerned enough about the situation that he indicated motion practice may be necessary when witnesses are not appearing for depositions. We'll see what the motions reveal, but it sounds like this issue is far from resolved.
