@alienitynera For real tho, Commissions favor NSFW artists heavily. The crazier the better, plus AI is really hampered making NSFW content. So....if you wanna make some extra money...I've gone down this road before 😆 and it is still viable as ever.

@Mantisheadcomic Yeah world is unfair i know 😔 I barely get commissions each month. Maybe just 3 commissions in a year. Btw, we artists never aim to be number 1 at art. We all know we are still baby shrimps if we compare our works to God level artists like Kim Jung Gi (may he Rest in Peace).

I have been watching silently and read lots of comments for a day after one of my doodle got fed into AI. Some people are still saying about how they dgaf to AI "art" as long as it's "good art"..🫠 Let me tell you why artists hate AI so much and don't want their art to be fed to AI. 1. AI "good art" The "good art" made by AI that you like.. Is made by the AI bot STEALING artworks online. They study gazillions of artworks online that they can find, or in this case, some evil person feed the AI with MY ART without any permissions. - Stealing - No permission 2. Why do artists feel concerned about their art being fed to AI? Imagine one day someone typed in any AI apps "please create a picture of A and B in *insert artist names". Or you can, again, STEAL someone else's artwork and put in the prompt "please create an image of me and my brother in this artist's style". What do you think will happen in the future if things keep on being this way? Most of these AI apps are free. They generate free pictures for u without you spending any money. Humans love FREE stuffs. You'd choose AI too if you're tight on money, right? Some people who have conscience will choose to support human artists, especially in the Hololive fandom, the fans choose to support real human artist! 🥹 And I appreciate them so much. 🫶 So now, what about the artists if you choose to get free AI "art" rather than commissioning human artists? We artists need money too to survive. It's a JOB. We learn how to draw from zero, maybe study in universities or took courses, and just like that, people steal our arts, feed it to AI, and now AI can make you "art" in OUR style for free and we gain NOTHING?? How is it fair? 🥹 People should appreciate Human Effort instead of AI instant result. 🙏 Support Human Artists!! 🫡🫡 -And for myself I am a bit traumatized so I will put some noises effect even on my doodles to prevent it to be stolen again- Thank you everyone who support human artists! 🫶🫶 And to other artists, keep making art and start to put watermarks or noises that will prevent your art to be processed by AI 🫡

kalo emang mau memperbolehkan genAI, baiknya dipisahin aja kontesnya khusus art beneran dan genAI banyak kok yg mau gw yakin

keknya next ada fanart contest untuk mengurangi pengguna genAI better diminta speedpaint sebagai salah satu syarat deh

@shuyijunnie Not at all, I think. The characters potrayed, even the AI itself is largely innocent. I can appreciate good works, especially when it comes from a machine. The prompter taking ownership or credit over it however, is a diff story.

I don't like AI, even AI upscaled work. But I can't help but draw from what little there is. Is being excited about a character bad?

@alienitynera Of course, it's all down to personal preference. AI is unusable except for a quick laugh 😆 Maybe one day or maybe never since the drain on resources are massive. AI is NGMI in its current trajectory.

@Mantisheadcomic It's alright if you want/feel flattered if AI replicate your style 🫡 But for me personally I would not want AI to replicate my style. Tbh I would not want to get used on using AI on daily basis. 😅 But you be you 👍

Ceos are the only ones that could really be replaced with ai.

@lilaccountz Kafein. Hahaha, aku cuma minum kopi hitam udah bertahun2. Karena minum aku buanyak dan gak mau konsumsi gula yg gak harus ama abis duit, jadinya minum tubruk tanpa apa2 all the time. Cuma butuh Kafein nya untuk kerja. Soal rasa, I never care sih, jangan terlalu asam aja.

@artistsbase Hahaha jauh lebih, bukan mata lagi yg rusak. Kaki dan sirkulasi darah, ingat berdiri dan jalan. Kalau kacamata, pake aja, nggak ada salahnya biar cuman sebentar. Tapi fyi, mata nggak terlalu ngaruh, banyak pegawai natap layar jauh lebih lama gak pernah juga rabun.

@TheMG3D Why, yes of course. The AI artists possessed the ego to defend their arts. That's all it takes. I mean you can expend unimaginable effort moving a hill with a spoon, but is it art? Yes if you say so! Otherwise it will just be a curious mound if you say no.
