@Marcus_Mosher on the draft show the other day, @BobbyBeltTX said the cowboys feel like Allen is a better fit than Rodriguez bc Rodriguez isn't good in coverage. I was confused because the stats and coverage grades have him as wayyyy better than Allen. Am I missing something?

This isn't true. The Cowboys clearly are out too and the Rashan Gary move has nothing to do with it. It was their team doctor who checked out the knee.

@Marcus_Mosher I get what you're saying. I coach HS football. A freshman who's about to get his driver's license dominating is not the same thing as one who's voice hasn't really changed yet. Lol.

The one part about the age debate that everyone gets wrong when it comes to prospects isn’t the career length (although that’s a concern too). It’s that most older players aren’t as good as you think. They just have the benefit of being older. A 24 year old dominating isn’t the same as a 21 year old.
