The Giants open their offseason program today. As you may have heard, Dexter Lawrence won't be in attendance for the voluntary workouts after requesting a trade (nytimes.com/athletic/71761…). I'd imagine there will be strong attendance otherwise for the start of the John Harbaugh era, although a surprise can never be ruled out at this time of year. Harbaugh is scheduled to speak to reporters at 1 pm. Then we'll get to speak to his three coordinators for the first time.
