FTPS recently received a School Leader Award from the Somerset County School Boards Association. Nubeja Allen, Supervisor of Secondary Mathematics and Co-Coordinator for Enrichment accepted the award on behalf of the enrichment team & their work on the FTPS Invention Competition.

Our CES Game Night was a huge success!! Parents, staff and students coming together to play games like Scrabble, Mastermind, Connect 4 and Boggle. Students also were able to sign up to get a library card!

EAS hosted MAC for instructional rounds. We saw so much great teaching and learning, students collaborating, using academic vocabulary, hands on centers, discourse, & much more. We are so thankful for this partnership! @MathK5_FTPS @EASRomero_FTPS @MAC_FTPSchool @MsPancholi_FTPS

Kicked off our Building Thinking Classrooms book club today with an in depth discussion on student questions but before that we kicked off with a non curricular task, Brianna the Birdy! The productive struggle and perseverance was great to see. @EASRomero_FTPS @EASVazquez_FTPS

Last week’s I ready Math winners were Mrs. Filliciello’s first grade tigers and Mrs. Wojtowicz’s fourth grade rockstars. They passed the most lessons in their grade bands and got the weekly winner posters! @EASRomero_FTPS
