Dynamic coaches know their players! They care about their players! They run through the brick wall for their players! Shitty coaches are dynamic salesman during the recruiting process then turn into frauds when players need them the most! They're selfish frontrunners!

Coaches: Never forget, the more respect you’ve built with your players, the more demanding you can be. You earn that right by seeing them & treating them like people first & players second. The greater the trust & respect between player & coach, the more demands leaders can make!

Players...college coaches are paid to win...some are now millionaires, and do not want to go backwards. If you are good enough to help them WIN, that's great! If you're not, they will find someone who can very quickly. They EXPECT you to PERFORM and be PHYSICALLY/MENTALLY TOUGH!
