I think Rhaast is too op for new 4 cost Morgana to be widespread. I think you'll hold her on rolldowns as a backup option in comps with open slots. Also be on the lookout for Dawncore this patch, some of its best holders got buffed (Sona Fizz) and it was already really strong.
