3. tell yourself it’s okay to just go - this helps a lot if you struggle w inertia. don’t feel working out? it’s okay, just go to the gym, you can come back after warming up if it’s too bad. can’t recall even one day when i went and didn’t come back without working out.

Man, it's really dis heartening to see a title of an email making it sound like you get an interview but then it's really just "We gotta run a BaCkGrOuNd ChEcK on your credit totally legal!!!" or "download this SaFe and ToTaLlY rEaL aPp to TaLk to our HR rep!" Like fuck off
