Our women-only social group is back on again from tomorrow and then every Friday. There's a slightly different time: 12pm until 2-30pm, but the same friendly atmosphere with Su and Maria, plus tea, biscuits and cake!

Our women only social support drop-in is restarting on Friday November 19th at the slightly different time of 12 until 2-30pm with Su and Maria - and probably the usual cake and biscuits to go with your tea!

We've just completed three days of training/workshops and mental health awareness with Solihull College for World Mental Health Day. This is our stall earlier today in the students cafe, following group workshops for students on Monday and Tuesday.

Our art and craft group is back on! Starting this Thursday (14th Oct) from 10am until 12-30. All materials etc provided and no experience necessary.
