#TheSuperMarioGalaxyMovie is the original powered by a superstar. A 100 minute sugar rush, with fan service galore, that starts at 90mph and barely stops for breath. Largely the same issues with the first movie remain, but fans will be delighted. Full review Tuesday.

No, they didn't expect some life changing Pixar film, they just expected the bare minimum storytelling you see in other good movies. Even tho I like Mario, it's not crazy to say it could've been a bit better, as is, it's fun.

Just gonna say it, the Mario movie was one of the most soulless & bland pieces of entertainment I ever watched. An hour and a half of a recognizable IP’s iconography being shoved in your face with no real story, character development or anything to connect with emotionally.
