It’s also extremely evident we don’t know what we want to do when we’re getting demolished play after play and Ime refuses to call a TO.
He doesn’t know what’s wrong or he’s sending a message, I’m starting to believe it’s not the latter. There’s coaches that will call two timeouts back to back in succession because their team isn’t running what he wants them to run.

This is why I’m on the Coach of my team and the players secondarily. When I tell you the only adjustment he makes is calling a TO to simply use a different set of cuss words to say “play harder” or “dont let them punk you” this is what I mean. Same play 15 straight times. ✌🏿🤷🏿♂️
