So then when you get dirt poor you get stuck grinding solo Survival runs to just recover funds and reserves, and that gets annoying to a point. You should be able to just dive in and fight without as much a fear of being stuck.

Marathon's biggest weakness right now is you go through way too much of a drought when you lose and it is very hard to recover. Most free kits suck and you feel bottomed out when you can't afford to find Credits to buy ammo or Heals with.

Sponsored Survival mode is the best onboarding process. 90% of the problem is the item economy and loot RNG. If Bungie just tunes the loot luck back towards how season 2 started, but not as generous, they have it.
From there, they spice up maps and Survival Mode to be more fun.

I have been advocating for a long time that if you want living room PC gaming that buying a NUC is the better option. They are initially more expensive in most cases but you have way more freedom and don’t have a tower in your entertainment center. You can also build a small form factor since there are some dope new very svelte cases out now. I would love to get @ASUS_ROGN folks on @SpawnOnMe

@Stretchedwiener @pcgamer I mean with one quick hack, it runs Windows and I think there's a way to make a Steam Deck dual-boot Steam OS and Windows with a little hackery. I expect this to be the same.

@MokuMekaPilotVT @pcgamer I get all that. But love it or hate it, windows let's us play games and run all kinds of other softs too. Creative and social and I guess I really don't know what the limitations of steam os might be.
