See this as new cycle resolution.
We have soon p much reached the bottom for Onchain Sentiment.
IMO we will see a bottom in summer, eg 4-16 weeks from now.
Cycles are getting more compressed, events get more frontran, which will in the end lead to a shorter bear market this time.
Just stay alive. Dont leave CT at all costs. Be a cockroach and just wait till it gets better.
There is no IF, only when, and when it does get better i will use all previous cycle experience to prevent previous mistakes. So should you if u find yourself in a similar situation.
Idk how you feel about it, but i sometimes really feel like the market decides my mood, like on sm mental shit.
Even if i am fully stabled, just seeing everything become darker, old chats vanishing, charts dumping for 7 months straight, And just onchain becoming worse and worse since Jan 18 2025.
All of that made me feel depressed for the last year and a half, also added w sm serious dopamine addiction rotting in bed all day and having stupid fuck wit excuses like yeah bro you are scrolling to find the next runner.
Like fuck no.
I have prob had over 10 times in the past year where i said. NOW i will lock in. Just to get back into old habits and drown all my bad feelings and avoid confrontation.
So why would anything change on the 11th try?
What is any different u might ask yourself.
You gotta understand first off, that mentally you will have lied to your brain so many times that your own body will no longer trust you. Resulting in you actually not doing the things u said bc of all the other times u said u would do it. Well. U didnt.
And our own brain does remember that.
So you gotta build trust again by doing small things first, going to the gym when u say u will, getting your calories in like u wanted. Idk little stuff like that.
You will get to a point where your brain trusts you again and then you can do the big things.
And you need to go and do them. Procastination is no longer part of you.
So i want to the bigger things now, and get back to work, because i know i am here to do that and grind now.
Also i personally struggled a lot with like social stuff ig? 2024 to 2025 i mostly was a little chud sitting at home all day stacking up my SOL. And neglected my social life and health completely.
I honestly felt like everything is BS and i am doing super well and that its all great. But as soon as i stopped clicking buttons on pump fun or playing video games, as soon as the dopamine spikes were gone, reality was just kinda numb and boring for most of the time.
So what i want to say is. Finding new friends and just going outside and doing shit and staying healthy is just as important as making money, bc like what was i supposed to w over half a mil if i cant share it with anybody?
Just sm rant from me, maybe there was smth you needed to hear.
At the end all you need is hope p much.
Just strongly believe you are HIM and you will start to become that person.
So now for the actual new cycle resolution ig.
- 10K Followers on Youtube, want to get into creating content that actually helps new people onchain, no matter if it will be memecoins or smth else next time around
- min 20K Followers on Twitter
- Mentally Stable and Healthy😂
- Sticking to promises i make
- Do not. I REPEAT. DO NOT. Gamble it away on perps.
- 8 figures will be made till end of cycle
