もちろん、そういった表現は良くないとか、子供にみせるべきではないとか意見もまた自由であるべきだけど、国や行政が表現を規制して、その先がどれだけ酷いかを各国のツイートを通して見ると、本当に今をもっと大事にしていかないとと思います。
なぜなら、国家や行政による「表現の規制」は、常に「子供の保護」や「公序良俗」といった、誰も反対しづらい「正義」の皮を被って規制は始まり、気がつけばそれは「特定の者による気に入らないものをいくらでも消す権利」となるからです。
最初は「一部の極端で過激な表現」だけがターゲットにされているように見えても、一度権力側に『どこまで描いていいか線を引く権利』を与えてしまえば、その基準は必ず恣意的に拡大していきます。
例えば、ホラー作品の恐怖を際立たせる残酷な描写や、薬物や裏社会の恐ろしさをフィクションとして生々しく描くような、社会の影や科学的な事象を題材にした作品群でさえも、「不適切である」の一言で本来あるべきものを伝えることもできなくなって、お花畑なものしか出せなくなるわけです。実際に某ハリウッド映画ではモンスター映画なのにかじられるシーンが画面外になったり、血がでないとか、不自然極まりない感じになって酷評されていたのは周知の話ですし・・・。
なので、日本の表現はこの混沌こそが自由の土壌なので、クリエイターだけでなく、消費者もみんなで大事に思っておいていただければ・・・と思うわけです。
