@MurderofBirds_ It’s simple – because the norm is that what happens during world quests is treated in the main story nearly as not canon. Only really the Narzissenkreuz saga was rushed into the main story for Sandrone’s sake and it was really weird, how they randomly approached summarizing it.

its baffling to me that some people on the comment section blaming hoyo for this when Gacha Grail is literally known as more on the wuwa side of the community with some tiny bits of other gacha game posted on that group... yeah blaming for the sake of tribalism.

As someone considered to be "on the Kuro side" I want to let everyone in the Hoyo community know that I and the majority of the WuWa community do NOT blame you for this. I've seen comments like this several times, so I want to say that even though we still don't know (for 100% certainty) who it was that filed the false DMCA strikes, I'm very confident it WASN'T anyone from the Hoyo community. Anyone trying to turn this into Kuro vs. Hoyo hate isn't a serious person and should be shunned out of the community because only knuckleheaded tribalists would say something that stupid. Some bad actors in the anti-wuwa side seized the opportunity to dunk on Kuro after it happened, yes, but they likely aren't the the ones that made the strikes. I've had enough of these kinds of people turning everything into tribalism, always shifting blame to the other side, refusing to take accountability, and we need to get past that because the rest of us are fucking tired of it at this point.
