Do you start GDMT on non revascularized ischemic cardiomyopathy patients post LVAD. What are chances of revovery with this approach? The simple answer is YES. In 5% of ICM patients, myocardium may recover with LVAD unloading and GDMT initiation due to reverse remodeling.
