Makai 37 GTS | Boat Review Teaser Two years ago, we discovered the Makai 37 in Croatia, designed by the Italian naval architects Eryd Yacht Design. The Z-shaped aft structure of the coachroof/bimini is unmistakably the signature of this young brand, which has already announced a second model, the Makai 42. In the meantime, Makai has added a touch of sportiness to its 37 in the GTS version, which is fitted with a central foil - a blade between the hulls connecting one to the other. ➡️ hubs.la/Q04d9bnG0

🛥️📹 Jeanneau TH38 | The Short The TH36 was the first (and last?) power catamaran from the American brand Four Winns and it caused quite a sensation when it was launched three years ago. Testers were unanimous about the seaworthiness of the hull designed by Marc Lombard Yacht Design and the pleasure of handling the new powercat, and it was named Multihull Of The Year in the Power category in 2023. ➡️ hubs.la/Q04cjT3-0

Odisea 55: Aluminum Construction and Long Range Having already presented the Odisea 48 and 64, it’s now time for us to check out the mid-range model, the 55. This catamaran will still be built from aluminum, but it remains relatively light (just 15 tons) thanks to it featuring a compact cockpit and not featuring a flybridge. ➡️ hubs.ly/Q04bljYH0

FEATURE | Team Adventure: The Return of a Legend While many racing multihulls are quickly decommissioned or even abandoned, others stay the course. Some vessels undergo “organ donations,” such as Geronimo, whose hulls and connecting arms are still in service 25 years later on MACSF, Guirec Soudée’s trimaran. And for a few rare former offshore racing legends, a complete transformation is on the horizon… This is how the Team Adventure catamaran will be transformed into a luxury charter vessel. ➡️ hubs.la/Q049-sS60

Simbad 55: Built for Adventure Like most of the models that have been designed by Pierre Delion, this new Simbad 55 is a blue water catamaran. It, too, adopts the architect’s signature style with large, sweeping coachroof arches that conceal a vertical façade - and a well-protected forward cockpit. ➡️ hubs.la/Q049xH3j0
