@NKAYMe @DevenderYadav_ You can't manufacture imaginary bias, dumbo. The judge goes to the RSS function or his son is employed somewhere, can't be reasons for bias. You won't find a judge whose kids or spouse or relatives are not employed in one way or the other. What a stupid logic you are giving.

Both the children of the Hon’ble Justice are on the Central Government panel. 2. ⁠That the Solicitor Geveral of India, Sh Tushar Mehta, who appears for CBI in this case, marks them matters that are paid matters. 3. ⁠That the son has been marked several matters since his empanelment in 2022. 4. ⁠The empanelment and these marking coincide with the tenure of the Hon’ble Justice as a High Court Judge CBI says this is not conflict of interest? What do you think?

@NKAYMe @DevenderYadav_ The CBI respects the Indian constitution and hence appeals against the Judge's ruling at a higher court. That is the process available to Khujli also. You cannot blame the judge for imaginary bias where the case is ruled based on evidence produced.

Even CBI advocate can file recusal petition if they had doubt of bias judge, they didn't do.
