हर वाहन चालक को NHAI द्वारा दिनांक 26 मई 2021 को पारित “टोल-प्लाजा पर बिना शुल्क दिये वाहन निकालने संबंधित” इस नियम की जानकारी होनी चाहिए। विदित हो कि, NHAI ने दो साल पहले एक नियम जारी किया था, जिसके तहत टोल बूथ पर गाड़ियों की लाइन 100 मीटर से ज्यादा नहीं होनी चाहिए। इस तरह टोल प्लाजा पर ट्रैफिक को बिना रोक-टोक गुजरने में मदद मिलती है। टोल प्लाजा से 100 मीटर की दूरी दिखाने के लिए हरेक टोल लेन पर एक पीली पट्टी होती है। अगर आपकी कार 100 मीटर से ज्यादा लंबी लाइन में फंसी है तो आपको बिना टोल चुकाए गाड़ी चलाने की इजाजत होगी। NHAI की गाइडलाइंस के मुताबिक, 10 सेकेंड से ज्यादा इंतजार करने पर आप बिना टैक्स दिए निकल सकते हैं। आपके सहायता हेतु आदेश की कॉपी हमारे द्वारा शेयर किया जा रहा हैं। अगर इसके बाद कोई समस्या हो तो आप NHAI की हेल्पलाइन 1033 पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
