Failed State. There is no situation that requires those who govern the state to take responsibility in return for the powers given to them.
When citizens realize that the state is actually for them, learn about accountability, then politicians can feel a sense of responsibility.

The government has completely stepped aside. It is not producing any solutions, it is not taking responsibility. It has literally left us alone. It is up to social media users to overcome problems that need to be thought through, invested in, and solved.
