@amfam why is America family website down again. This is getting ridiculous and very frustrating. Last time it went down for a month we had an accident and couldn’t get any information and the accident wasn’t even our fault.

I am just mad they raised my rates a $100 a month more and we didn’t even get in a accident we settled with the other insurance company and that their American family insurance website is down again I wonder if they got hacked again

American family insurance site was down when we had an accident that was not our fault but our insurance agent could not file a claim or get any of our information to give to the police because the website was down 😡

American Family website is down again. It was down two ago for two months after being hacked now it’s down again. I am so mad and they raised my rate by $100 probably to pay for all the consultants they had to pay for to fix their hacked issues and now it’s down again
