Man, leg day is just the best

Another solid arm day. Couple of exercises I upped the weights on this week because I wasn’t getting the same feeling as a leg or back day for how much I’m pushing myself. Happy Monday

Super solid back day, focused on the form here and felt super good Very nice to be back in the gym after the lock breaking yesterday

Walking home looking like I’ve eaten a dodgy kebab, but it’s easy to tell I’m lower body dominant. By far my best leg session yet, onwards and upwards

Did a chest day today, wasn’t great at all. But I clocked in and did the work out. Food looking good for today so far though!

14/04/2023 Arm day First arm session I’ve done in a long time. I normally hate training arms but the longer the workout goes, the more I get into it. Worked biceps and triceps in isolation, my biceps need a LOT of work! No gym this weekend but back at it Monday!
