Overall I found the Rivian R2 to be a delightful vehicle. One of the nicest EV options in the North American market. It’s the same SUV form factor you loved in the R1S, just more compact. Accerleration on the performance version is great, but nothing too crazy. Love the little haptic scroll wheels that give you physical feedback when you’ve reached the end of the list. And love the wireless phone charging pad with mag safe so that your phone wouldn’t slide around. Seats were very comfortable, would be great for long drives. Unfortunately the ADAS and other shortcomings are a dealbreaker for us. And the heft of the vehicle makes it not as fun to drive as a Tesla. Both my girlfriend and I agreed it couldn’t be a daily driver, but that we might consider it with FSD. But if you’ve wanted a Rivian type EV SUV but haven’t pulled the trigger because it’s out of your price range, the R2 may be for you. Rivian did a great job of packing lots of delightful little features in this vehicle, and i’m sure I would discover even more if I spent more than 15 minutes with it. Wishing them the best of luck on ramping this new product line.

$BTC Bids are still placed. Honestly, I think it would be pretty wild for BTC to push into these levels so soon. We’ll probably see some more chop for now. Usually, when you see a wall like this get placed, it rarely gets pulled because the RR is simply too good on the higher time frames for upside. That’s why, in most cases, like I mentioned in my last post, price will temporarily front run these levels before eventually coming back to fill them.
