It is deeply concerning to see statements implying that an individual may have direct influence over ban enforcement within the game.
If such authority has in fact been granted to a private individual, it raises serious questions about the integrity, consistency, and transparency of the enforcement process. Disciplinary actions such as suspensions or bans should be based solely on established procedures, verifiable evidence, and impartial internal review, not on personal discretion, informal influence, or public rhetoric.
A statement such as:
"I’m about to single-handedly wipe all these people off the face of these servers,,, Thanos snap gone"
does not reflect the level of professionalism or accountability a community would expect in matters as serious as enforcement actions. Whether this was said jokingly or otherwise, the message it sends is highly inappropriate and damaging to player confidence.
For the sake of trust and fairness, the community deserves clear clarification from Embark:
whether any external individual has been given privileged influence over bans,
and, if not, why such claims are allowed to circulate publicly without correction.
Fair enforcement must remain grounded in due process, internal controls, and equal treatment for all players. Anything less risks undermining confidence in the system as a whole. 💀
