Last year with the Indiana Fever, Natasha Howard averaged 11.4 PPG and 6.6 RPG. This year with the Minnesota Lynx, she’s averaging 17.1 PPG and 7.5 RPG. What do you think is behind the jump in production? She’s the kind of player the Fever could use right now.

Unpopular Opinion: Caitlin arguing with the refs isn’t helping her or the team get calls. One can argue whether it’s having a negative effect, but we can all agree it’s not helping. If she went to a Valks let’s say, Nakase isn’t letting that fly. It’s not going to fly on Team USA either. I get how frustrating it is the way she’s officiated, but if it’s me, I try dialing it back, bringing them refs some of moms chocolate chip cookies and see if that approach works, because it’s pretty obvious what we are doing now isn’t.

I thought you were smarter than that Whitlock. She's been coached all her life. Even SW said she wanted to be coached. Think about it. 2nd game of her Nike debut, lost the first game. Nike reps in the Arena and in the war room at the corporate office micro analyzing both Atlanta games. CC was on a heater happy. She wants to win this one , but Stephanie White shifted the offense away from Caitlin Clark at the start of the third quarter when the Fever started collapsing. Do you think Nike was happy with that?

Maurice is my guy. Stephanie White was correcting Caitlin's defensive error. Canada had just blown past Caitlin because Caitlin took the wrong angle on a screen and Canada got to the rim and drew a foul on Billings (her fourth). It was simple correction. Caitlin doesn't like being coached.

Start of the 3rd, Fever up, CC scores to increase the lead. This is happened immediately AFTER she scored another bucket! What the hell could Stephanie White possibly be saying to the leading scorer while they're in the lead to get this reaction from the biggest star in the W?
