We are in Meru with CSOs from Meru and Isiolo reflecting on the state of devolution. With Meru’s governor already impeached and Isiolo facing similar discussions, a critical question is emerging: should the deputy governor also vacate office when the governor is impeached? #TupiganeNaUfisadi
