@VedVery5 Lol no. Whipped cream has no egg in it. Its not cooked & you'll be serving people raw egg. Majority whipping creams in India are palm oil based & thats what most bakeries use. Dairy creams must have atleast 35% fat to be whipped up. They are rare here& used only high end bakeries
