Especially when said world bosses require a nation-specific mechanic. I'm looking at you Papilla. (¬_¬) At the /very least/ they could make Zhongli's shield be able to block those attacks. Bro is literally an Archon and desperately needs a buff as is.

Lukewarm take, but I think world bosses should not be able to have KO attacks that can circumvent shields. I can justify some weekly bosses having that feature like Raiden, but normal bosses that they keep sticking in the endgame modes? Absolutely not.
