Absolutely appalled by @OwnersDirect customer service. Holiday 17th August and accommodation has been sold yet won't arrange an alternative or a refund. First week of holiday ruined as no idea what to do for our second week. Do not book with them ❌❌❌#useless

Disappointed with the immediate follow-up from the owner of #RomaIncantata @OwnersDirect who wished us to amend or delete our online review after 2-night break in #Roma #Italiano We graded the beautiful apartment as 4/5 but the owner emailed to state this would damage his status!

@EmmaVillas and @OwnersDirect are a shocking example of bad practice and poor customer service. When we asked to change or cancel our holiday more than four months in advance, we found ourselves locked into a contact that has left us £1700 out of pocket! Never again!
