When I had Brain Surgery they had to remove my skull and put it in my tummy as I had bad swelling Haematoma (Bleed on brain and midline shift) the brain needed room to swelling and heal I had Craniectomy (removal of skull) and a bone flap in the abdominal wall (where they placed the skull) When the swelling went down they put my skull back in my head. I had to learn to walk talk and eat again and was in ICU and rehabilitation over a year. The Fight continues 👊 @HeadwayUK #braininjury #recovery #brainrecovery
