@ebrandeis Coaches will give individualized help w macros if a participant seems to be having blood sugar or carb related issues

@ebrandeis Recommending very roughly 100g protein. Not ketogenic, and not low-fat. Other than that, no specific focus on macros.

@ebrandeis No white potatoes - we exclude plants that are toxic w/o cooking.

#Paleo diet (for our study): fruit, veggies, meat, fish, eggs, nuts. Eliminate grains, dairy, legumes. Mid protein, not low-carb or low-fat.
