@Jreed1235 @PlanningCenter Dark mode is something that we would love to add in the future, but we're not quite there yet. It is a lot more complicated than it seems, but we have taken some time while redesigning Services to set us up for that in the future. So, stay tuned!

@PlanningCenter @PCOServices will we ever get a dark mode on the web? I'll pay extra for this... My eyes are desperate at this point...

@newworshipleadr When using COLUMN_BREAK, you'll want to ensure you've enabled the multi-column option within the formatting modal in the Lyric and Chord Editor. Once you change this from (1) column to (2), the COLUMN_BREAK option should work. Let us know if that works.

Does "COLUMN_BREAK" work for anyone in the Lyric & Chord editor in @PCOServices? It never seems to do another column. It just now did a page break.

The way @PCOServices doesn't auto-save notes in arrangement view has probably cost me like an hour's worth of re-writing arrangement notes :(

@_hal Hey Hal! Thanks for taking the time to share this. At this time, the integration will only include importing Lyrics to the "Lyric and Chord Editor." We're happy to log your suggestion as a Feature Request of directly importing SongSelects ChordPro Charts. Thanks again, Hal.

I'm always curious what goes on behind the scenes at @CCLI. Their SongSelect ChordPro charts are a hot mess. And the pre-loaded arrangement (from @PCOServices I think?) doesn't help. They're never on the same page. 😂 Oh, well. #worshipleaderproblems

@dj_dsway Sorry to hear that! If you're scheduled to multiple positions within a service, you'll need to respond to each one, but we do have an "accept all" option on the web and app. If you're seeing any other weirdness send us a DM & we'd be happy to look into this with you.

@drumdog00 Thanks for reaching out to us about your linked accounts. Yes, one of the benefits of linked accounts is that conflicts will show across all accounts. If this isn't happening, would you be up for sending us a DM with your email? We'd love to look into this with you.

@PCOServices I have two accounts that are supposed to be linked in the services app. However when I’m scheduled for one church the other church does not see that as a blackout or that I’m even scheduled at that other church. Is this a bug or is this intentional?

@PCOServices Help with a people problem, not a tech problem: Would be useful to have a warning box when Blocking out dates if number of weeks is more than normal: "This blockout period looks like something you should call your scheduler about. Reach out at xxx-xxx-xxxx"

@drumdog00 Sorry to hear using the Media Player has been a negative experience for you. We can see how those types of interruptions could be a pain. Could you possibly DM us with more details so we can look into this with you and hear your thoughts on file selection? Thanks!

@PCOServices the Achilles’ tendon of the Services app is the media player. Super frustrating that the playlist starts over if I have to take a phone call or hit pause and get out of the app at all. Would also be nice to be able to choose what is in the playlist.

@PCOServices can you add the ability to create Stage Layouts in the new service design? I use it every week and always have to switch back to the old one!

@PCOServices That option for the calendar isn't bad, but it would be nice to have a little more control over the formatting, title, etc.

@PCOServices It would be nice if scheduling notifications included an .ics file or link to allow people to easily add their schedule to their own personal calendar.

@Bnpositive Hey there! We have a great feature that allows team members to subscribe to their personal calendar right from their "My Schedule" page. Any plan they are scheduled to will automatically link to their calendar. Check out this lesson here: services.planningcenteronline.com/service_types/…
