if u don’t know name or bday the booking site lists physical descriptors. u can cross list w whether the charges seem likely for the situation. it’s tedious but we’ve had some luck with this when it comes to tracking down community members arrested during camp sweeps

Portland Police is using changes from State Law under HB 4008 and with the Mayor's permission to allow the use of CS Gas for crowd control measurements. This revokes the November 20, 2020 Executive order. Just in time to gas pro choice supporters.

69 evictions filed just in first 3 days of March 2022. Evictions peak each time the state lifts protections. As of March 1st tenants can be evicted for back rent owed and evictions peaked accordingly. The state's plan all along has been to slow a flood over time, not stop it.
