I want to be clear, there isn’t a TE1 in the 2026 draft class. While I think Eli Stowers and Kenyon Sadiq are similar bets (in fantasy) to hit, I think they are both flawed prospects. Stowers is on the Kyle Pitts/Dalton Kincaid/Mike Gesicki plane of existence - but obviously not the prospect Pitts was And Sadiq is in the Noah Fant/Jonnu Smith/Chig Okonkwo plane of existence. Sadiq is a pretty solid blocker and that will get him drafted higher and get him on the field sooner and more often. They both feel like early 2nd round rookie prospects in typical dynasty rookie drafts- but will certainly be 1sts in the 2026 draft class. If you can sell the pick they’re taken at for a future 1st, that’s good process.
