Tax-Calculator users: Version 4.0.0 has just been released on @pypi and @condaforge! There are a number of new enhancements, such as the separation of the employer and employee portion of payroll taxes (useful e.g. to analyze payroll tax offsets) taxcalc.pslmodels.org
