The truth is, Most people know EXACTLY what needs to be done to achieve what they want. But they don't want to take action. So they try to convince themselves that the reason they're not doing it is because " they don't know how", When the real reason is it's because " They're Lazy". I've seen People fall into the trap of "watching 100 YouTube videos after videos, courses after courses without taking any action" of what they learn. Their brains make them feel like they're "making progress" when in reality they're not. Taking action on things you learn iS MORE important than trying to perfect beforehand.
