Domestic abuse is difficult to share,victims need support, shelter and help to achieve freedom,protect their families. Many in the community have no way of raising their voices, safeguarding in Gurdwaras needs to be broadened for safe conversations, robust action @GurdwaraAid

This is really sad news today. Gurdeep Singh has been a part of our lives through the various sewa he performed. A man who chose to act on issues with speed and conviction that many of us learnt to respect greatly. Sincere condolences to his family🙏🏼 @GurdwaraAid @sikhreport

It is with deep sadness that my dear friend Gurdeep Singh and co- founder of Gurdwara Aid passed away today after a heart attack followed by pneumonia. His vision, kindness, integrity and love for the Sikh community was a shining beacon. I will miss you dearly my friend.

Teaching on Brahm Gyan & Prema Bhagti by Guru Har Rai Ji. Once, while Guru Har Rai Sahib ji was hunting with their Sikhs, a huge python came in front of Guru Ji's horse. It was suffering badly as its whole body was covered with ants feeding on it bit by bit.

Raising children in faith is a challenge in a forcefully secular society. With Bhaag Kaur, we let her be a kid and have fun. If faith is just restrictive, it can become resented. Children learn through imitation, Fareed, Prahlaad, Sant Jarnail Singh are great examples. 1/2
