@AllistairMcCaw I couldn't agree more. Great players a lot of the time haven't had to think too hard about why they highly achieved, it came naturally. Less talented players have to analyse the game harder to achieve great things, in turn they have gained greater knowledge on problem solving.

Great players don’t always make great coaches. It involves a completely different mindset approach and set of skills. I like to compare it to working as a cook in a restaurant. The fact you can cook well doesn’t mean you can be the head chef and lead🧑‍🍳
